What affects your exact price?
Our installed costs are always transparent. The line items that can change the final invoice are here:
- Surface condition – heavy peeling, mould or many cracks increase restoration time.
- Number of coats – additional coats protect better but require more paint & labour.
- Texture & finish – specialty plaster or microcement costs more than regular flat paint.
- Access/height – scaffolding or hydraulic lift work may be required.
- Paint brand preference – designer or imported paints are priced accordingly.
We always include all preparation and two coats of premium paint in our quote, so no hidden cost appears later.
